Time-honoured design meets bold colour in the second edition of this all-British collaboration that celebrates Paul’s Signature Stripe.

Following the runaway success of the first limited-edition case, the two British companies have followed the same successful formula to create a new design based around Globe-Trotter’s famous the 20″ and 30″ trolley cases.

This second edition pairs Globe-Trotter’s iconic design with bold colours selected from Paul’s Signature Stripe.

Each of the eight corners of the black case wears a uniquely coloured leather cap. Navy, taupe, lime yellow, sage, burnt orange, peacock, burgundy and bright red have all been specially selected from the forty component colours of the Signature Stripe. Inside the case, traditional linen lining is contrasted by bright Signature Stripe webbing straps, which are used to safely secure belongings in place. Another subtle accent of Signature Stripe appears within the leather case handles.

Every Globe-Trotter case is handcrafted in the company’s Hertfordshire factory. Here, skilled technicians trim leather, wield hammers and operate Victorian-era machines as part of a production process that has changed little over the decades. The finished Paul Smith and Globe-Trotter case is the result of countless hours of skilled labour, produced from high quality leather, vulcanized fibreboard and authentic metal hardware.
