Some of our most precious moments in life are celebrated with jewellery, and our bespoke service gives you the opportunity to create something completely unique to mark your special occasion.

Whether you have your own stones and precious metals, or are looking for a completely new creation, our award winning in-house designers will guide you through the design process from concept to completion.

During the initial design consultation, our designers will discuss your ideas and possible budget, drawing inspiration from images you may have and pieces we have in our showroom. Sketching initial designs with you, a design concept is created.

A design rendering is created and your second consultation takes place in our showroom, over the phone or via skype. If you are considering gemstones or diamonds, these are also shown at this stage along with three dimensional models of the design.

The design is a reflection of the person who is commissioning it or of the person who will receive it, so we work tirelessly to ensure a design resonates with you. If any tweaks need to be made, they are done at this stage and a second design can be presented.

Once approved, the design is created using a combination of modern and traditional techniques in our Cheltenham workshop. Depending on the complexity of the design this can take between 2-8 weeks. We encourage clients to see our goldsmiths and setter at work and so offer workshop tours to see pieces being created.

Your final visit is always a special occasion, your person design is transformed into a jewel to be treasured for a lifetime.
