Small Works, Great Artists – 26^th February – 21^st March 2019

Erskine, Hall & Coe are delighted to present Small Works, Great Artists, an exhibition of works by British and international makers, running from the 26th of February through the 21st of March 2019.

This exhibition features an eclectic assembly of smaller pieces by some artists whom we regularly show, and others who are new to our gallery.

Highlights include a pair of very rare Lucie Rie bowls, as well as a sculpture by Ruth Duckworth which was exhibited at the Jewish Museum in Rendsburg, Germany in 1994. A large collection of Ewen Henderson tea bowls from the estate of Mike O’Connor will be shown. We will also have an early piece by Jennifer Lee, dating from 1999 on display, along with three unusual thrown vessels by Lee, two of which were recently made in Shigaraki.
